fight layout / critics please

this is a layout for a french graphx board where a few "fights" take place! I'm looking for some input on this:

i like how it looks, except for the typeface you used for the "sauf ta reputation", "fights" etc. everything else i think works well.

yeah i agree with redeye about the font choice, but other then that i think it looks great... nice work man :D

any idea of a font that would fit in?

Well I think it looks really trendy but those...ahm sharp thingies that comes down are a bit to simple which makes the layout look a bit amature...
doesn't mean this as at bad as it sounds
They could just be a bit smaller or something...
And yes I would change the font too...

I'm a bit stuck with the font! I've tried a typewriter font, any better?

Censured> hey :D well the design isn't quite finished yet, so there may be some changes around the sharp thingies, although It's just a quick design for a site that will probably only have a few visitors
