...at making a functional web page. it doesnt have any working links on it yet tho, but they layout is there. it needs lots of improvement, and i thought you guys could probably give me some valuable suggestions http://www.nbuu.com |

its a good start.... i would say to make a border around ur splash or have it feather out, and to make the text in ur splash more legible..... also the little circle in the upper left corner of the layout doesnt fit in.... too much scanlines also |

One suggestion maybe is to reduce the size a bit. I am running at higher than 800 x 600 and your site is huge (not file size - I mean physical size) Move the nav and header so it is snug with the left and top. Keep going.... it only gets better =) |

set the margins to '0'.... ---- leftmargin="0" topmargin="0" marginwidth="0" marginheight="0" ---- in the body tag.... |

doesn't look too bad, but try to make a webiste with not to many layer style effects

well its a good start, but i agree with marble, the margins would make the site look alot better, keep workin on it man :D
