When I do a site, it takes me about 15 - 20 hours of total time to have a completed layout, then Ill stick it up here to see what people think. At first, I build a few tables, make a few graphics, then start improving. Basicly, what I'm saying is TAKE YOUR TIME MAN. Study the code more if you dont know that much, practice more photoshop tutorials, just practice man. We all started out just like you, so dont have a cow man. It will take time. Just take the advice your given, and incooperate it. One real good thing to do is check out others sites, like sidez mentioned then you can grab up 7 - 8 different ideas you like, and develope something outstanding.

Ya, cant post a site with a table, with a paragraph in it, then say "tell me what i should fix and so on". You have really got to put some effort in it dudeeeeeeeeeee.
