I think you need a more consistent typeface for your sub-sections. the inconsistent font size makes it hard to read.

- the splash screen needs to go. serves no purpose and is pretty poor quality compared to the site itself.

- i hate those scrolling news boxes. not user friendly. that is not fundamentally how websites are supposed to function.

- you have two distinct menus with way too many options. some options appear on both menus, some don't.

- i recommend featuring products on the homepage.
