Powerteam Website ( what do ya think? )

Hey guys, its been a while sience I have posted here. I just wanted to gather some opinions on ways I could improve a christian powerteams website that I'm associated with. We call ourselves Full Impact. I have been doing our site for about a year now, and have gone through 3 different looks, and I may end up redesigning it once more.

Lemme know how you like it, and any ways I can improve upon it.

it's really simple...
and content could use some work. i didn't browse too much tho, so maybe your content is just fine. u don't really need flash for the nav, or even the intro (the intro is so short, really no point to it being there at all).
but i guess a religious website wouldn't have too much graphics. but fix the font, even God likes verdana :p

LMAO... i think pretty much the same thing, i would maybe fix the background along the top too, cause when it repeats it looks kinda funny at higher resolutions like mine (1280x1024) and i think the content needs some more work like Amenranozira said, but like him i didnt really surf the site to much :p
