hey guys, my first post btw im new to photoshop n webdesign first year college actually. Im currently making a website in my spare time and this is what it is so far : http://munkey.web1000.com what do u think ?? Also if i wanted to get into graphic design and webdesign area what programs would u recomend me learning ? Thanks for your time. :D |

One complaint from me would be to get rid of that popup or have a splash page for someone to click it to open the window. The moment I saw the window popping up, I closed it, thinking it was an ad. Then I realise by looking at the blank page's source that it was your site. So ... you get the idea. I'll let the others comment bout the site

Well i think its a good start... but it still needs alot of work :P I was thinking the same thing sidez was about the popup, i thought it was just another ad or something so i closed it like 3 times before i realized it was your site lol... i wouldnt make it a popup site (i hate those ) Another thing that i saw and was sure about was the <> things... are they there for a reason or are you goin to use them for somethign later, i just dont know what they are there for :P Other then those things i think its a pretty good start :D |

yeah im making those < > into forward back links. there prob gona be graphics or somthing tho i was just testing if hte code worked. and it does so :D also ill get rid of that pop-up now and make it just built into the page. do u think its to small or not ? |

The popup sucks. I hate those. If you necessarily need a popup, make it a choice where one gets to the site, and then it says, ENTER or something with an additional info about there being a popup coming....

that's pretty simple. clean, u got a lot of space there on the right, and you should make it to a set width and height so no resizing. and i agree that the <> should be a graphic indicating front and back...i thought it was some error in your coding. well good start. |
