Nothing too drastically wrong per se - some of the photographs have an awful colour cast in them and are not really sharp enough in focus to do the subject justice - bizzare though this may sound goto somewhere like food pix (hmmm maybe this but I not really sure www.foodpix.com) they have some great shots of food, perhaps it will demonstrate the technique better.
