Okey here is the changes I made. I think now parts from the page fits much better, and looks more compact. More cleaner and I was very carefull on picking colors.

Random, I will make a tutorial, how I made the navigation bar animation, very simple relly.

I like it quite nice.. maybe some CSS is inorder tho for the scroll bars

The design was rather nice...
But I do not like sits with frames.. :P
