What is that background? Chrome filter on clouds then "HLS" to green? or something like that?

Its the water texture tutorial (From guistuff.com) and then a smoke tutorial from stiding studio, i put on a green color'd bg and put the layers on luminisity. And worked out like that. People said that the bg was ok but the text was the best.
