nothing seems to go with the other. you got some microtext, some yellow geometric islands floating in a sea of color streaks. followed by metal bar. it seems as though u made the nav and the top at once, then you made the content part just to make the site more 'graphical'. IMO it could use some work for a consistent style...IMHO you could probably come out with a pretty nifty (somewhat trendy) layout if you took your "me" page and tried to make a layout out of that style. and i don't think u need SW, no purpose to that being there.

i really like what you did. the text for the nav buttons could use a little playing with, and possibly a better resolution maybe.
