First one, although the rollovers suck and need preloading.
plus the text needs a marginal from the left border.

The quality of the images in the second is absolutely horrible. :(

the first one...i think put some padding, the second one had jaggies and both need work on spelling, i couldnt' read a single word. hehe

well the jaggie one is amde by my boss and i made the other one, i know it still sucks,but i know it's better then the 2nd one, but my boss still says that his is better and i would like to kill him for that!

If your boss is paying you for the site, I'd say just give it to him. What both sites lack is the visual interaction. You can't really tell what the website is about. A visitor needs to read the text first upon entering before he'll know what its about. Example, www.apple.com. Some computer idiot would think its some site about apples, but when you enter it, straight away you know its a computer site. So work on the visuals.
