those are the only 2 I can speak for myself.... they are both good... not cheap... but good

I bought an ATI All-In-Wonder 128 w/ 32MB RAM for under $100 at Staples last summer or fall, and I love the video capture abilities of this baby, which is one of the 2 main reasons I bought it for....the other was beacause it had S-Video TV-Out.
