Did not know if any one was aware of the new OS called Lindows. The new OS promises for an user to use windows and linux together. Founder and former CEO of MP3.com, Michael Robertson started Lindows.com. I found this on techtv.com one day and thought it would be an interest to the forum. For information about the new OS go to www.lindows.com

baaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaahahahahahhahahahhahahahhahah *cough* bwahahhahahahahhahahah It's nice that they can think of such an original name. I don't see a need to combine both of them. Infact. It's quite stupid. Oh well. I don't see it going very far, but eh. |

I agree, With you Axiom! I was amazed and impressed with there so original name *EG*. If their OS is backed up by there promise of joining Linux and Windows together then that will be a plus. I do not think open source OS Linux and MS Windows will go hand in hand. If Lindows becomes a success. You know Bill will find a way to stop them in there tracks. Any how we will see if they make it or break it. |
