Can anyone recommend a decent webcam, that will stream good video, like if I was going to use it through Netmeeting, or something like it.

One that doesn't get all pixelated everytime you move or anything else.

My system should be able to handle pretty much anything (900mhz\256mb ram), and I've got cable, so that shouldn't be a problem either.

But I don't want to spend a crapload of cash on one either. I just don't know enough about them to run right out and buy one, and I don't want to get something I'll be disappointed with.

We have a Creative Labs "Go" (think that's what it's called) webcam at work. I think the picture is amazing for a webcam. Looks good even at 600x400 resolution on a decent connection.

Looks like a good camera, however it is not compatible with Windows XP operating system which was installed on my computer. Hope fully Intel will release a software update for this.
Well, that User comment didnt help.

Is it a good cam? Do you have one? Need something that will stream good, clear video.
