I just installed windows millenium on my system and I have this little problem. On my C Drive there are these couple of files (scandisk.log/autoexec/config) always visible. I've tried hiding them and it works at first but when I restart my PC they are there again. It's not like the biggest problem in the world but it ís irritating me...

They're not hidden files by default. I know you can make .sys and .bat files hidden, but log files I don't think you can hide, nor would you really want to.

Don't even mess with the registry. If you don't know what you are doing you can really screw up your system. Instead to into my computer, Click on Tools/Folder Options, Then click the "view" tab and choose to "NOT" show system or hidden files. That's it... |
