OSX ip blocking

okay, so I want to block a range of ips, because I figured something out about a certain range specifically all the 38.0.0.0/255 ones and I want to block every 38... ip now how would I go about doing this ?

wow what did you figure out?? please tell us pleasee... If you have acees to it your fire wall should have a built in filter to block ip blocks, my cheap neatgear router does.
