if you just bought a mac, and then found out that panther was coming out, there could be hope for you yet! I was reading this http://www.inluminent.com/weblog/archives/2003/10/09/panther_upgrade_will_cost_me_129/ and it looks like you might be in luck yet!

cool i actually tried my computer and i do qualify... 20 bucks for shipping and handling though, sheesh... must be a very heavy box.... yeah right. Wish it was a full version too, rather than just and update.
