IE broke

I just got this problem today, I'm not sure if it's a virus or something, but I've been always using IE 6 for my default browser, today is really pissed me off when I surfed and every web site I go all images are displayed as broken images and no a:link and css, it just look like a mess, I've been forced to use opera and firebird now.

God damn it I found the problem, my default IE setting for encoding is Western European (ISO) after I switched to Western European (Windows) everything went back to normal, but everytime I go to another web site the $hit goes back to ISO, what a stupid browser!
