Okay simple question, i have no budget and i may be gettin a aiw 8500 for free. I have a geforce 2 mx 400 at the moment, is the radeon better?

Yes, the radeon is WAY better. And it's even better that its all in wonder. How are you getting it for free? that rocks! So yah, great card. Here is a link for a review. They gave it 8.5 out of 10. Its a very good card. And Its heaps better then the geforce 2 mx 400. Hope that anwers your question.

Yes. It's better. Get it. Just when you install it make sure to wipe out all previous nvidia drivers. I remember seeing a tutorial that describes how to switch from nvidia to ATI on your computer without reinstalling windows. I'll look for it a little later (kind of in a hurry now). |

yeah geforce 2 mx is garbage, and i know, i have it. 8500 all in wonder will be a great improvement, plus you will be able to watch tv and capture video, which is nice.

alright, thanks guys this was exactly what i was lookin for, ive been reading and near as i can figure the aiw 8500 matches up pretty much the same to a geforce 3 so im happy
