Has that happened to anyone? How can I solve that.

I dont know what could be causing such a problem, besides user, but Wake on Lan isnt triggered from a powerline. Its from the Ethernet card and Motherboard through some routable Protocol like UDP. I havent ever used it, but all it needs is a special packet sent from a client machine telling it to "power up". You need a client/server relationship, like you do with VPN's, but hardware/software can be buggy. If its the same computers, then that is probably the first thing I would have checked. Who knows, maybe the shut down is sending a packet to all computers that are WOL enabled and its confusing it as the real deal. I dont know.... just a guess.... =)
