I would definitely upgrade to 98SE in that case; it is much superior to 95.

well i have a 233mhz 98mb ram, 6gb HD running win2k. i'd say try it out, if it's too slow then go back to 95.

Yes, w2K would be ideal, but if not, then definitely 98SE. Put that 95 out of its misery.
