I dont really think its a rip... maybe inspired a little.. but nothing to cosider a rip... really the only thing thats the same is the cable idea... and they arent even the same style of cable... this isnt a rip or heavy inspiration IMO....

def not a rip, def not heavily inspired, maybe not even inspired at all, the 2nd sites logo is based on the colors of the wires, which means chances are it was an idea from scratch, without the graphic you've got what, a use of orange on white once? :D

That's not a rip, okay so the cable is generally doing the same thing, but there's loads of images on the web using cables in artistic ways. Coincidence not rip.
