This goes to anyone who has a really nice design/script for their sites who think that they may get ripped.

Click here:http://www.dynamicdrive.com/dynamicindex9/encrypter.htm

It's very simple to use and i'm sure rippers won't bother after seeing a load of symbols in your source. Take action people, no point whining all the time, i now it's very very annoying and all, but if there's a chance of stopping these losers, take action and click above.

Happy scripting.

netscape 6? that rules out my entire school, and maybe most mac users.

but still, it looks pretty funny. what's even better, when you apply for classes and you show the teacher your portfolio, it would be all encrypted :D

question.. what would stop them from copying that code? Would not take much to edit any image links.

ex of encrypted code:

document.write(unescape("%3Cimg%20src%3D%22blah.jpg%22%3E"));

changed code:

document.write(unescape("%3Cimg%20src%3D%22http://www.blah.com/blah.jpg%22%3E"));

Yes I know, it's fairly obvious that it just puts some crap in with the standard code, but really, if you have a fairly sophisticated site with javascript, the common ripper will not have a clue what symbols to erase. It still is better than showing your source to everyone..

Good point, cyb..
The whole thing about rippers is that if they´re too lazy designing and coding a site, then they´re probably too lazy to "clean" the so called crypted source... Right?
