Ok the site was taken down! I wish I could have seen their guest book and all the nasty replys it had gotten, but I had to get some sleep at some point!

Here is the email I got back from them ...

I have to say I did not know that you were using it for commercial use. I would of not touched it otherwise.

For us it was for personal use. i.e to show our families what we were doing.

Thus, I must apologize for what we did. I have contacted earthlink and explained to them the situation.

I have taken off our site, and will redo it with all original work.

It was first used to just save time, but we will redo.

Once again. No disrespect. It was an honest mistake.
