photoshoplover's logo looks fairly similar to panks, also their navigation is exactly the same (the pull down menu) but everything is pretty much original.

no indeed.

There is no similarity between that logo and panks. Perhaps the fact that he put in the the upper left corner and had it span down the left side, but you can't copyright a layout or placement of images.

well i didn't mean to point out the logo, mostly the navigation.. the little pull down menu..... its the exact same!

naw what drummer is trying to say is the actual styling of the dropdown. The colors and whatever are the same. Not just that it drops down hehehe, but anyways thats not that big of a deal.
