Yeah. Its not too much of a rip, but I definitely see whats been taken from that one site.

It may not be EXACTLY a rip, but the left bar, the navigation, the rollover, the right-side background....all ripped.

YOU need glasses. I'm telling you that that guy did not rip off your site. It's a common design. He didn't steal your graphics or your content...I see a common design style...I don't see your site in his at ALL beyond the design. If anything, he used the same style you did, and he expanded upon it even beyond what you did.

i already did submit mine. you see where he has the titles, etc? thats exactly the same as mine. everyone ive shown that too has agreed with me, i dont understand what you're missing. sure its a common design, but he has the tabs and everything in the same spots. not to mention the same font. i dont feel its necessary to continue because its so obvious.

but we're all entitled to our opinions, and i def respect yours (no sarcasm)
