Not to disappoint you or anything, but what we are looking at here is a web template produced and sold to various companies. You probably have not visited many template sites, but if you do, you will see that 90% of all templates are similar to others.

Yeah, what the hell are you on about. those design are all slightly different. there ain't no templates. Are you just waffling?
