You might say the layout looks oddly familiar to guistuff, but using a similar technique, while unoriginal, is not ripping.

You can't copyright, text sizes, colors or table layouts. You can copyright graphics and content.

Now, the buttons that are being used as links are not original, but the logo isnt.
