I wouldn't quite call that a rip, maybe heavily similar. But when I first saw this topic, I thought, "Who would even want to rip Newegg's layout...?"

Yeah I agree... more inspired than it is a rip. Its hard to tell with all of those crappy looking tab categories and whatnot. not much of a design if you ask me :p
