yeah, it's heavily inspired, but he made his own graphics. But it's too similar to ignore it

I wouldn't call it a rip. Sure that bar thingy is similar, but it's not enough to call it a rip.

Yep... I agree, its not exactly a rip, mostly because all of the graphics are original... the idea, majority of the layout, and almost everything else however are not so original. Heaviliy inspired I would say.
