i'm sure this was ripped, but where from?

I"m working for a 'competing' radio station, by competing i mean that this kid copies all his show ideas from other radio stations, changes a little bit, then claims it as his own.

On some ocassions this person has stolen content from the station that i am working for, and put it up on his own show.

HIs website was recently discovered to have ripped a layout from guistuff, but now this time he is 'supposedly' working on a new design, he recently posted a screenshot of his new design on his website,

i dont know... i havent seen anything like it...... but its horrible anyway :S i really dont like the look of all those dotted lines....

they changed the design? omg, i posted this rip , the origonally ripped from GUI stuff. . or something along those lines, so im not surprised if they ripped again
