Havn't really seen to many rips on WA007™ but this one was pretty obvious.
The main graphic stolen is obviously the Fire logo.

i think it's too crappy to be a rip. it's more like an attempt.
by the way reason. your site, or splash is really f###ed up on a mac.

Loads just fine on my mac here at work.
On both IE and NS. Thats one thing I hate about web design.
Looks good on one machine and like crap on another.
