After that came out someone told me to check out this site:

This would be considered a rip,right?

Its not a rip... but its clear than one inspired another (style and fonts) but there is major difirence batwen the site, only the header is simirlar...

And to be honest I actually like the second site better (even if im not sure I d'ont like both of them).

And it's not a rip, just heavily inspired. A rip is where they take your gfx.

Yah, its not a total rip, just like a big influence...

...which is why I never look at other sites for ideas...ideas come from within.

As if that layout style hasn't been taken.

Well now it's totally redone. And I wasn't talking about the layout.
