I came upon this site and couldn't help but remember seeing that skin on vbskinz.com before.

Did they buy the template?

the only professional about that site is the background in the header.. but the text there just ruins it :P

and omg.. all thoose boxes, aligned left.. rofl

you already know they stole the header just by the text an artis with that much skill to make a header like that would not use text like that inface i doubt he would use any! maybe a fancy logo
