Looks a little to similar to me...although the second one is much more elaborate. Still looks like the design idea was stolen...unless the designer of this site is named Ryan Lacdao?

yeah.. i would go with you on this one..

allthough it might be called 'heavilly inspired' it still is pretty similar..

I don't see any stolen graphics / code, so I wouldn't say it's a rip, but it surely is hevily inspired. They're both very tutorialish and the style's obsolete...

Agreed. The style is obviously derivative but is actually more developed in the latter piece. Not enough for me to flap about.

I think he took his "inspiration" a tad too far... just my opinion, even if he aint a ripper... guess he is past all that though. Here is his new site.

Hmm.. nice find mara yeah I agree with you guys it's not exactly a rip but I do like how he pushed the eye-ball design style to another level though, good stuff!
