The essence to copyrighting is to protect something that you did, you can copyright the actual mechanics of and idea that you had but you can't call claims on the idea itself. So the idea is the same but it's not a rip unless he actually stole the coding.

Yeah I know guys that's why I'm not really sure, they have their own splash creation, it's kinda like a come and check out this rip and hmm.. it looks pretty cool feeling to me... Anyways...

I just saw a random splash which was nearly identical to the "Sharpen Your Skills" "Enter Here" TeamPS splash. They ripped more than the code.

its really the opposite.
pank got the idea from them.
