Dear lord his site is bad. He offers "Cheap and fast loading site design." How about readable? Isnt that one of his criterias? Maybe some spell checking as well. Yeah burn baby burn. This kid is going down. hehe.

yeah he was trying to be a reseller. So imagine a really plain, early 90's looking site with all text shoved flush with the edge of a white backgrounded table surrounded by a black background (with default blue links on it. the ones you cant read because blue and black....you know.) within that white table was sample shots of all of your skinz and some other persons vbzkins, and selling them for $30 each. Then offering discounted services to install them. Also with the bottom saying something about, "you send me da money and I will send you da files." Had that, I am a 14 year old L33t kid with an idea to resell someones vbskins.....
