This isnt an exact rip but heavily influenced. Its sad because the guy who did the rip site really has talent in flash.

The neoes.com link doesnt work for me, so I cant really state my opinion. Athough I think you should tell what one is the original and what one is the rip one... just so that people know what to compare what to.

Im not sure which one you saying is ripped.

In my opinion yeah they are similar looking sites but Im sure there are heaps of sites with a similar layout and color structure to these.

If this is the case and this site is classed as a rip then so too is the other bazillion sites on the web.
Every designer or artist is influenced by some one or something, its human nature.

Yeah that is a far cry from a rip. I would say the neo site was actually better, imo. The only thing I could really see was similar was the colors and the center layout, but that is true for a gazillion other sites out there. But on a good note that second site was really nice and worth putting in the cool site forum thread.

lol the first site is a higher class site too...teknision makes tons of money. ive never heard of neoes...i know its not 100% a rip, they just stole the color scheme, nav system, and layout. not a rip but certainly far from original.

I wouldnt call that close from original because it uses the same colors. That neo site has a whole lot of work put into it.

That NEO site and that flash animation is pretty cool. That chics eyes opened,

I dont use flash so im not even gonna ask how that was made lol.

and...same layout and...same nav system. i just think that they should apply their "awesome" flash skills in a more oringinal way. look at them side by side. btw, the teknision is supposed to be the superior site, lol...so much for them.
