Yeah, I don't see much of a rip there. Similar style maybe... Inspiration maybe... But you can't really point out anything that says "this was directly copied from this"

Heavily inspired. I don't know, I think this may be too close to call. Well, luckily I didn't e-mail the guy yet, Jennifer did though.

I don't think you should mess with him. There are tons of layouts like that. Especially for anime' sites. They all look exactly the same anyway.

Well, I'm talking to the guy now, he is a great guy. Turns out he didn't steal it, it was just merely given to him from someone as a free layout. He is a great guy.
