no i dont think this is a rip, at least the have different bg music, different rollovers, different animation, transitions, etc....

The only thing i see thats kinda close is the layout... other then that i think its just inspiration / coinsidence...

cool my mouse cursor gets burnt up in that fire. Looks like it's got some original ideas on there but very similar to 2A in terms of layout.

Inspiration this close is only a proof on non design originality... a bad thing in the design world...

Design as two side... Technical and art... But there is 2 much technicians and only a few who have the art side...
