I was wondering if I could use this and others like it in my ebay auctions? I think you know where i got it from.

A couple of things.
Did you make the graphic yourself, meaning all of it? Or did you take mine and alter it? If you made it all yourself you didn't rip it.

Let's be clear. Ripping and copying somebody's style/graphics are technically two different things (although something this close could still get you legally into trouble since it is so obvious a copy) Imagine duping the Nike swish on your product. You made it but it resembles theirs so much they could sue you.

If you ripped it, lose it or feel my wrath ;)

If you made it you are going to catch flack. No matter if they are your own graphics they are too close to mine. Sorry that is just the way it seems to work.

This style will be for sale for $35 and will include open source .psd files ( a very fair price if you ask me).

If the style was purchased I would welcome you to use it. Then you would have paid for it.
