finding this one was pretty easy...

I made thread about my trick....

These guys boast how they have Haagen-Dazs as one of their clients they do graphic design for with their "in-house" design agency. So when you *contact* these guys, let them know you'll also be contacting Haagen-Dazs to bring light of the fact of their copyright infringement of the Website. And then go to www.haagen-dazs.com and let them know that one of their affiliates is rapidly tarnishing their name with this infringement issue and encourage them to contact these idiots to facilitate removal of the design.
