i'm dying!

omg i have ulcers on my tonsils, i'd rather get punched in the face than endure the pain when i swallow, cant eat or drink! i'm dying!

That sucks.. but what does it mean, in practice? What are the concequences/treatments?

my gf was speakin to me bout it, tellin me her horror stories :(
she said if it gets bad i'll be coughing up blood on occasion, all you can do is take some antibiotics and wait through the pain for about a week or 2 :( :( :( :( :( :(

oh...well, at least it isn´t cancer or something.

Sorry to hear that emptyspace. I'm just getting over 2 weeks of Pneumonia myself. And while not too painful other than body aches and needles from shots and I.V.'s, it zaps every ounce of strength and energy from your entire body. Nothing appeals to you - not even watching TV or reading e-mail, let alone fire up Photoshop.

Maybe your doctor can get you some nice industrial-strength pain killers to take the edge off?

I had my tonsils out when I was 8, they were the size of golf balls, really. I didn't cough up blood, I threw it up.
