while deker was on the subject of books to read, sparked something i tried to find a while back, never thought to ask on here, for those of you that dont know what paradise lost is, go find out, its great for quotes for grunge works, anyway, my point..

i think the ideas of paradise lost are great, but its really hard to take it all in, i've been looking for a modern translation or a novel that follows the same theme, if you cant be bothered to find out about it, then basically the theme is the devil challenging the power of god, very controversial in its day, anyone?
