Carbon Fiber Filer.....Anyone have one?

Hey all.... I am kinda new to photoshop and was wondering if anyone had a cabon fiber style or filter that I could use....or possibly a tutorial on how to make my own would be great...

If you want the carbon fiber style, this is how I seem to get the best effect:

Filter-->Distort-->Glass

Texture: Tiny Lens

You'll have to adjust the settings to fit your needs, but you'll see that it will work for what you're trying to achieve
