I dont have a portfolio organized but would like to be involved. What do you think about my Idea?

try using elance? yes. use elance successfully. bleah.

from my experience its full of folks, most of whom aren't that good, underbidding on projects to see who "wins" the right to do too much work and not get paid enough. i never won a bid on that site, consistenly "losing" to folks whom i really didn't see the talent in from their portfolios. go figure...
