I got haaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaked :'( some son of a bitch haked my e-mail anyone knows how I can get my e-mail bak I really need 2.

1- I doubt you got 'haked'. You probably have a virus. Updating your virus definitions or running virus protection is very important.
2- If you configured your email client correctly, you can leave email messages on the server indefinatly. I suggest you see if the system administrator at your isp can fetch them for you.

You can't get it back unless you payed for the account, in which case contact the ISP.
