Up with avatars!

Why can't we have avatars? They are the l33t.

Somebody? There might be a really good reason, but if there is I haven't heard it yet.. Please inform me as to why there are no avatars allowed:confused:


Oh yea, and to not waste space/increase my posts unintentionally, I will ask another question. What does the newlayer button do for the smilie? Is it just there because people use that to explain stuff to people? Or is a symbol to all who love PS? I'm confused. Hook me up wih answers, peeps.

No avatars allowed cause they cause the pages to load even more slower cause of the increased amount of graphics.

Sigs are good enough IMO.

Avatars are KIND of like sigs, except they go below your name to the left of your post..

I don't think there's gonna ever be a way for avatars to become part of TPS. Here's one of mine from a board I never go to anymore:

I still don't see the problem. You load them once and they're are in your temp files.. Unless you clear those every 15 minutes, I don't see any problems with it..

One more Q, how do you all keep changing the thing under your name? Do you ask a mod? Or is there a way to do it in your profile or something?

You'll have to wait for a few days or maybe a week more till it appears in your profile page. Just wait for it DON'T ASK :D. No don't ask, it'll appear when its your time.
