I would really like to have that. What were the functional problems they were having with the cubes? Overheating? Cracking? I don't remember. Have you had any problems with it?

How "generic" is the generic monitor? Generic = crappy, or generic=good quality, but not name brand see-thru fancy shmancy apple good.

Is 450mhz really that fast? I mean compared to the new iMac and all. Plus it has no Superdrive.

How many firewire ports does it have? Adding extra firewire hard drives and an iPod would be no problem, correct?

I don't know for sure if I'll be able to buy it yet... Depends on when I get paid for a couple of web site jobs. But that certainly seems like a reasonable price, considering how outrageously expensive those things were when they came out.
