allright...so no scroll bars have the background smaller anf do it % not on pixels...or stretch...maybe you guys can take a look at it...
but I wont be able to fix it until tomorrow..if I can.

by the way it's suppose to have 3 frames top, center,and bottom...I dont know where the center one went to, maybe it dissapeared because I didnt put anything in it yet ??

the stretching part works ok, except the images dont scale.

but on another note- that menu is quite distracting and difficult to use

you can't see the page at all, or you cant see the text that says coming soon....

if you cant see the text, do you think that is because is not inside a table ??, and the top and bottom frames binds over the center frame ?
